Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Handbook for General Dentists is a digital product (PDF) that is delivered instantly after payment.

No refunds

Because the file can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is completed.

Delivery problems

If you paid but did not receive the download link, the link doesn't work, or the file is damaged, send a DM to @dental.fieldnotes on Instagram with your payment ID within 7 days. We will send a working copy.

Duplicate payments

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, write to us with both payment IDs and the duplicate charge will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
